Just to let all know and indeed readers of the Website - there is a training ride leaving each Saturday morning from my house 80 Westley Road @ 7am each Saturday morning.

It is a training ride, mudgaurds are requested but not compulsory, lights & puncture repair kits neccessary.

Length 2-3 hours until mid-Febuary thereafter attempting to go to 3-4 hours
