Thetford Forest, Sunday 13th June saw round 3 of Mud Sweat and Gears mountain bike series which also incorporated the regional championships. The weather was sunny and the course was in good condition despite the recent rain with only a couple of muddy sections which could easily be ridden around. The course consisted of a 4.7 miles long lap which was technical in places but with sections on the fire roads to recover and take on water and gels. Three West Suffolk Wheelers & Tri riders were in action with Darren Davis (Revel Outdoors) finishing 4th in the Veteran category, Jeremy Waterson 27^th in the Sport category and Malcolm Borg 11^th in the Master category.
