Philips takes win in torrential rain! Only nine riders braved the torrential rain for the West Suffolk Wheelers latest time trial event. Due to the poor light the race was reduced from 21 to 12 miles and local fastman Brian Phillips of East Grinstead CC came out the winner with a time of 27mins 26secs.
Second placed was Dave Giffin with a 28:11 and third was Richard Farrow.
