Sturman Pips Phillips For Win
West Suffolk Wheelers Dale Sturman took the latest time trial event by the slightest of margins, beating Brain Phillips (East Grinstead CC) by one second.On a new 7.5 mile course starting in Chevington, Sturman powered around the circuit in 16mins 55secs. David Giffin was third placed with a 17:36.
