Sporting 21 mile Time Trial 12-03-11

West Suffolk Wheelers & Tri Club held their first main event of the season with their annual Open 21mile time trial.

On a bright sunny day with a head wind going up Poor Mans Heath saw 43 riders take part.  Winning the event was A.Dyason from V.C10-Castelli with a 50.11. Second was G.Moore with a 51.32 and third was A.Leggett with a 51.43 both from Stowmarket & Dist CC.

Eight West Suffolk Wheelers & Tri Club's member took part in the event. The fastest was Dale Sturman with a 55.30. Young rider Alan Trolove did a 58.34. Two ladies took part who were Sharon Calton who did a 1:05.14 and Tricia Goulden with a 59.04.
