This week had two events, An Under 18's time trial and an adults time.  Five young riders took part in the Under 18's event and 40 in the adult event.

Tom Mills won the Under 18's with a 30.39 and in the adult event Dale Sturman, back from Italy, recorded 24.24 to secure the win from Richard Farrow who finished in third place (25.43) behind Paul Rooke (25.11).
