99 runners took part in the 4th Bury Parkrun (20-07-13), including two competitors from WSW & Tri.

Thankfully there was a break in a recent very hot weather and the runners lined up for two laps of the Nowton Park course under blue skys and warm sun. Sharon Perry finished 1st placed women (22:59) and Ian Pettitt finished in 22nd place (22:27).

The full results were available the same day on the website. For anyone who is interested in taking part, the events are free and there is no need to enter in advance, just turn up and run. However, you must register on the website before the event to get your barcode, which is scanned when finishing the event to match your time to you. When registering, please select West Suffolk Wheelers and Triathlon Club as you team/club, then your results will appear on our club results page.
