Balls takes it from Farrow
On a cold and wet evening Peter Balls won by the narrowest of margins from Richard Farrow in the West Suffolk Wheelers latest time trial event on 10th May, using the Higham circuit.
Balls clocked a time of 25mins 43secs around the ten mile hilly course, with Farrow a mere 1 second slower. David Giffin rounded of the top three with a time of 25mins 55secs.
