Dale Sturman continued on his winning streak with a personal best time of 22mins 54secs on the West Stow 10 mile circuit in the recent West Suffolk Wheelers Evening Time Trial Series event held on 7^th June.

In second place almost a minute behind, but also with a PB was Paul Rooke and Dave Giffin completed the top three with a 24min 06sec.  On what was a blustery night that did not appear to be ideal for quick times, no less than ten of the nineteen starting all gained PBs.
