Rooke Takes First Win
Paul Rooke took his first ever win in the West Suffolk Wheelers evening time trial series, nearly knocking two minutes off his personal best time with an impressive 24mins 45secs around a very windy ten mile circuit around Heigham.
David Giffin was the only other rider to dip inside 25 minutes with a time of 24:57 for second place, while Richard Farrow finished in third.
