The West Suffolk Wheelers 2003 Evening Time Trial Series is well under way. Five events have already taken place and three riders have already begun to dominate the results. David Giffin is showing he is the rider in form this season, with three wins and second place already. Hot on his heels is Brian Starr with a win, a second and a third place finish to his credit.
