Alan Trolove from west suffolk wheelers and tri club had great time at Revolution riding for Rapha-Condor Team.
The Future Stars had 3 races as follows:-
Scratch - 20laps (5km)

6 lap Dash
Points Race 20laps (points every 5laps)
The standard of riding was very high and racing was hard and furious.
Many of the country's top riders race on the velodrome every week so it was going to be a tough challenge for Alan but he rode well and strongly.
In the scratch he faded in the last couple of laps to come about 17th.
His best result came in the 6 lap dash with a 7th place.
In the points race he worked hard and tried to bridge a gap (unsuccessfully) and paid for this effort and faded again at the end to come about 20th.
Each rider was given a bag of goodies from Rapha-Condor which includes Skinsuit, T-Shirt, Track Suit and Cap all of which they are allowed to keep!!
He is possibly going to be asked back to ride the next Revolution on Nov 19th with Star Riders Geriant Thomas, Ed Clancy and Mark Cavendish. We are just waiting for confirmation of this. Sounds like another great night.
