Starts Sunday 31^st October 2010.

This is a five race series which our club has entered into.

Points over the series are taken for the first 7 male and first 3 Female team members over the line.

Even if your not the fastest runner in the club and you finish the race as 7^th club member you will be earning points for the team.

 If you wish to run for the club in these muddy off road races costs are:-

£2 one of fee for entering league.

£3 per event payable on the day of event.

Running vests available from James Heath.

You must run in club colours to earn points.

The first cross country is at Framlingham. 

Meet at Framlingham Sports Club, Badingham Rd, Framlingham,

Woodbridge IP13 9HS.

Race starts @11am.

Dates and venues are;

31st October 2010 Framlingham   

21st November 2010 Bury is at Nowton Park, Nowton Road, Bury St Edmunds.          

5th December 2010 Woodbridge is at Sutton Village Hall, Sutton nr Woodbridge.

23rd January 2011 Stowmarket is at Haughley Park, Haughley, Stowmarket, Suffolk IP14 3JY                      

20th February 2011 Bungay is at Ditchingham Village Hall,Ditchingham, Norfolk NR35
