Greetings Fellow Wheelers,

Just a reminder that this Sunday is the first of the Cross Country races which is hosted at Framlingham Castle, race entry is £3 on the day. We will leave from the Club Room at 9am so please arrive a tad before. If you're intending to join us for a lovely jaunt in the country could you please let me know so I know who to wait for before leaving Sunday morning, just drop me an email to adrian.wswtriathlon@gmail.com noting your intention to join us. If you plan on running but will sort your own travel arrangements please also let me know.

Race HQ will be, as ever, Framlingham Sports Club,Badingham Road, Framlingham, IP13 9HS.
The races will start from the Castle Meadow, a five minute walk from HQ.

The format will be:
Juniors (U13/U15/U17) race (approx 1.5 miles)- 10.40am
Under 11's Fun Run (approx 1500m)- 10.42am
Seniors Race (approx 4.5 miles)- 11am.

Ample car parking, showers, toilets, changing rooms and refreshments will all be available at race HQ before and after the races.
