Ray Reeves competed in the popular Mud & Mayhem off road duathlon in Thetford forest yesterday.

Held entirely over woodland trails and forest tracks, the event comprises of an 18km MTB race sandwiched between two 5km trail runs.

Ray finished 18^th in his category, his total run/ride time being 1:39:14.
