Next Sunday Dec 6 sees Ipswich Bike Clubs promotion of the Eastern (and South Eastern) Regional Cyclo-Cross Championships at Foxhall Stadium, Ipswich. West Suffolk Wheelers will have four representatives, namely Esther Colman and Alan Trolove in the Youth race (starts 11am), Adrian Grimwood in the Vets and Trish Dennison in the Ladies (starting together at 12.40).
It will be a professionally organised event and good for watching.
In addition they are holding a Come and Try It session on the day before (Sat 5th) when anybody can have a go around the course ~ youngsters, novices, has-beens, and even regular riders. Cross bikes or mountain bikes; helmets compulsory. £2 per head. 1-3pm.
