Tour of Britain this Saturday‏

The country’s biggest International Road Race comes to Bury St Edmunds this Saturday

Come and see top international riders preparing for the stage on the Angel Hill

Be there early, with the stage start scheduled at about 10am, but there are several ways for members to get involved:

1. Participate in the Ride Out that leads the riders off the Angel Hill. Youngsters, riders of unusual bikes and riders in West Suffolk kit especially welcome

2. Get your youngsters (and those of friends and neighbours) to take part in the cycling activities that will take place after the start in front of the Angel Hotel ~ free entry and bikes provided but bring a helmet.

3. Form a team of 4 adults from your workplace to take part in informal fun relay races in the same area (strictly no lycra!) ~ bikes provided, £30 per team of four~ book your place with Barry Denny by Friday evening latest.

4. Please help out with running the above ~ and wear your West Suffolk shirt ~ your help is needed and will be very much appreciated.
