A splendid evening in a packed HQ listening to Robert Grainger talking about his (and others') chimp. I give you a picture of both Rob and his chimp. His one hour was followed by Q&A, which easily filled the following hour with sensible questions and fascinating answers - Rob became more fluent and relaxed as his anxious chimp calmed down.
He's going to do another talk in the near future with the emphasis on physio & bikefit
