The very many awards and trophies that we contest annually in the club have always previously been presented at the Club’s Annual Dinner. However, with our ever-increasing membership and the fact that some members may not wish to or be able to attend the formal dinner in the evening, we have decided this year to hold two events at which trophy winners can receive their well-earned awards.

One will be on Saturday December 7^th at lunchtime, in the Clubroom, with a professional buffet lunch. There will be a modest charge and places will need to be booked in advance. We are seeking a volunteer to organise this event.

The other will be the Annual Dinner at the BSE Golf Club, on the evening of Saturday December 14^th, with tickets at £23.50. Ron Back is organising this event and full details will be available shortly.

The winners of the awards will be published in due course, with the exception of one or two trophies which will be kept secret until the presentations.
