The first of the club’s pre-season Cyclo-Cross training sessions was well attended with 12 members representing all age categories from Under 12 to Veteran 60 and ranging from first timers to race winners.

The session started with a brief talk on various aspects of Cyclo-Cross and the excellent Eastern league. We then went outside to work on skills and try out in mini races which gave a little flavour of a competitive race.
