Higham 10.0 tt 4/8/11

With wet weather all day, 8 riders took part in the Higham time trial. In third place was Viv Smith with a 27.47, 2nd was Adi Barbrooke with a 26.39 and winning the event was Julian Long with a 26.01.

West Stow tt 28/7/11

With better weather this week 29 people took part in the West Stow tt. In third place was David Giffin with a 24.01, 2nd was Ben Mickleburgh with a 23.15 and 1st was Dale Sturman with a 23.09. This was also a handicap event and winning this was Dale Sturman with a 19.01.

Horringer 10mile tt 21/7/11

With a clear spell or rain in the evening 19 riders took part in the horringer 10 mile tt. In 3rd place was Julian Long with a 25.25, 2nd was David Giffin with a 25.13 and winning the event was Ben Mickleburgh with a 24.49.

Lt Welnetham 8.5mile tt 14/7/11

22 riders took part in the 8.5 mile time trial. In 3rd was Julian Long with a 22.02, 2nd was Adi Barbrook with a 22.01 and 1st was David Giffin with a 21.44.

West Stow 7/7/11

23 people took part in the West Stow 10mile. In third place riding on his brothers time trial bike was Lee Sturman with a 24.37, 2nd was David Giffin with a 23.59 and in  1st was Ben Mickleburgh with a 23.47.

  • The West Suffolk Wheelers cycling club was formed in 1922 and is based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. We have a good cross-section of cycling on offer to welcome new and experienced cyclists alike.
