Please Note- In the club time trial handbook West Stow on 22/4/10 starts at 19:00pm but if people can get there earlier we will be starting at 18:45.

 

KLCC Open 2up team time trial 10/4/10

Four West Suffolk Wheelers riders took part in this event. Two riders riding together and  the other two riders riding in a composite team.
Ray Legg (West Suffolk Wheelers) was riding with Brian Foster (Norwich ABC) and did it in a time of 1:20:01
Mark Eastwood (West Suffolk Wheelers) was riding with John Steed (West Suffolk Wheelers) and did it in a time of 1:09:54
David Young (West Suffolk Wheelers) was riding with Brian Phillips (East Grinstead CC) and did it in a time of 1:08:49 coming 1st in the composite teams.

Riders Performances 1/3/10 - 4/4/10

Tricia Dennison did her first Open Time Trial in the West Suffolk Wheelers Hilly 21 and was 1st Lady with a time of 1-4-21.
 
Peter Balls was 1st in Lea Valley CC 25 with a 56-11, 1st in the Great Yarmouth CC 10 with a 20-55 which was a course record and 2nd  in the VTTA 25 to Michael Hutchinson with a 54-36.

Kings Lynn CC 10 - Good Friday Event

Three West Suffolk Wheeler's members took part which were John Steed, Mark Eastwood and David Young. 31 riders took park. Mark Eastwood did a 28:36, David Young did a 29:17 and John Steed did a 36:11 but punctured on the way round.

  • The West Suffolk Wheelers cycling club was formed in 1922 and is based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. We have a good cross-section of cycling on offer to welcome new and experienced cyclists alike.
