On Thursday 27^th April the West Suffolk Wheelers Time Trial Series took place at the 10 mile circuit of West Stow, on a good night 22 riders turned out on what proved to be a fast night for East Grinstead rider Brian Philips who came first with a time of 22.49 winning by over a minute from Wheelers own Brian Starr.
