First competitor will start at 9:30 and then in 30 second intervals, all racers need to be registered, and bikes racked before transition closes at 9am

9.00 Transition closes,
8:45 Helpers briefing
9.00 Competitors briefing - hall
9:15 Wet side changing rooms open (Dry side also available earlier if required) 9:30 First Swimmer off
12:10 (approximately) Last competitor finishes run section
12:30 (approximately) Prize giving
