Thanks to all those members who have renewed their membership for 2014. We now have 269 members, including 11 new members this year, so an especial welcome to those who have joined for the first time. However, this leaves well over 100 people yet to rejoin, including some prominent members of the Club. Please take action to rejoin online using this link http://shop.westsuffolkwheelers.co.uk/ . It's very simple to sign up so please take the time to do it.
IF you do not intend to rejoin this year please Email wsw-membership@westsuffolkwheelers.co.uk so your details can be removed from Club Records

Lightning Talk Evening
Monday 17th February. Starting at 7.30pm, WSW & Tri HQ
An Evening of short talks (5 minutes or less)
Following on from last year’s successful evening we will have another night of Lightning Talks. It is a series of short talks from as many people as we can get to present!
Each talk will be 5 minutes or less and will be strictly timed. You can use slides/powerpoint, but you don't need to. In fact, it may be better not to as there isn't much time. You will need to use you time wisely. The evening will be split into sections, so the audience can ask the presenters questions at the end of each section. The aim is to the keep the evening flowing as quickly as possible.
The talks can be about anything related to cycling, triathlon or anything else that will be of interest to members.
In order to make the evening a success, I need lots of people to give talks. We would like as many participants as possible so if you have an idea for a talk and would like to sign up, please contact Paul Callow paul_callow at hotmail.com.
We would also like as many people as possible to come and listen, so put the date in your diary.
Offroad Ride
The next 'lite' off-road ride is scheduled for Saturday 22nd February. Meet 9:30am in the car park at Brandon Country Park.
Full details on this and future rides are on the club website.
