The nights are drawing in fast and our Go Ride and CX training sessions have now finished. But we are now able to announce our plans for our winter activities.

MONDAYS
Monday evenings at the club room are generally reserved for meetings.

Second Monday each month OPEN CLUB COMMITTEE at 7.30 with the AGM on NOVEMBER 12 7.30.

Also regular talks, commencing with Bob Grainger, Sky Physio, on December 3 at 7.30 pm.

TUESDAYS
Tuesday evenings for competitive U16’s on rollers and turbos, plus bike related topics. Run by David Ballam and Neville Pettitt, 6.30-7.30 from October 9^th. Special session with BC coach Rob Sharman on Oct 23.

Swimming Training at the St Eds Sports Centre, every week, 8.30-9.30 run by Chris Curtin. Members £3 per session to cover pool hire.

WEDNESDAYS
Club runs starting at Thurston Community Centre at 9 am, all year round. Normally about 6o miles with café stop.

THURSDAYS
U16 Triathlon training at club room, runs and bikes, run by Rob Hasselder. 5.30–6.30 pm.
Adult turbo/rollers sessions at club room. 7-8 pm, run by Neville and David. Commencing November 1^st. £2 contribution per head to help with club room running costs.

FRIDAYS
Watt bike sessions, everybody welcome on bikes supplied by Cycle Suffolk. 7 pm. November 2, 9, 16, 23, to be confirmed, with an inter-club event in the New Year. £2 per head, U16 free.

SATURDAYS
Training Ride at 7am – 9.30ish from Steve Newman’s, 80 Westley Road, competitive adults only.

Cyclo Cross/MTB training at Priory School, run by Paul Barry, 9-10 am. Oct 20, 27, Nov 3, 17, Dec 1, 8. Repeating after Xmas depending on support.

Easy Ride Club Run, suitable for novices, young riders with parent or other adult, everyone, starting from Club Room, 10am-12noon. Steady pace to suit allcomers.

SUNDAYS
Club runs from the Club Room at 9am. Cappuccino, approx 45 miles at 15/16 mph. Expresso, approx 60 miles at 17/18 mph, with café stops. Also Off Road rides some weeks as announced, see web site calendar and emails.

U16 swimming sessions at St Eds Pool, run by Rob Hasselder, 5- 6 pm. £2.50 per head per session.
