Our second Duathlon event took place yesterday and once again was a wonderful, friendly event.  All in all 73 competitors took to the field and the first wave set off shortly after 9am.  A foggy and rather cold start suprised a few of us given the forecast but spirits were high across both the competitors and event volunteers.

I'd like to extend a big thank you to everyone who took part, all the wonderful volunteers and also to Triathlon England Eastern Region Senior Race Official; Jonathan Davies for overseeing the event.

Congratulations to all of our winners: 1st Male - Neil Reid, 2nd Male - Ross Welton, 3rd Male - Dave Copland. 1st Female - Tonya Atonis, 2nd Female - Elizabeth Miller, 3rd Female - Rachel Holman and not forgetting all our Age Group winners.

I look forward to seeing everyone again next year!
