Clubs first swim session

The clubs first coached swim session took place on Tuesday 26th Jan and what a fantastic turn out we had!

Was hoping for around 10 swimmers and ended up with 21.

Chris Curtin and his daughter took the coaching and what a great job they did, thank you!

Instructions where clear and the drills very effective and above all enjoyable.

There where a few new faces poolside and the comment I heard most from them was "i've been waiting a long time for a Tri club to be in Bury".  Say no more!!!

We hired two lanes but if this support continues we will ask for a third.

We all now have 1 week to practice our 9 strokes per 1 breath.  :)
