Cross Country Results - Bungay

Please see attached the latest results for the Suffolk Winter Cross Country League.

It's a comprehensive sheet that includes not only the results from Sunday but also league standings for both teams and individuals.  Congratulations to Dawn D'Amarco currently sitting in first place in her age group!

We've seen a fantastic effort and some great commitment to the series so far.  I'd like to thank everyone that has taken part, I think we've all had a lot of fun!

There is one race left in the series on Sunday 4th March which is at Haughly Park which is another technical course with up's, down's and obstacles.  As it's only down the road I'm hoping we can have a bumper team for this last race.

Thanks again and I'll be in touch soon with further details...

A NEW CHAPTER FOR THE WSW & TRI CLUB IN 2012

Following on from the outstanding success of our competing junior triathletes in 2011, new Junior Triathlon Coaching Sessions will commence from Saturday 8th January 2012. A pilot group of 7 to 16 year olds will be put through their paces on a weekly basis under the watchful eye of our new junior triathlon coach, Rob Hasselder. Sessions will be geared around technique rather than speed or distance, but with triathlon being an endurance sport some hard work is to be expected. If you, or your children, want to be involved contact rob@whitehousefarm.co.uk

Norwich Sportspark Triathlon Relay

Looking for a fun way to end the triathlon season, then why not try our new relay event suitable for athletes of all abilities and triathlon families.

What’s it all about:
The possibility of ITU’s Team Triathlon format becoming part of the Olympics in 2016 has captured our imagination and we are putting on an event of this type at the University Sportspark in Norwich.
