With weather last week saw lots of flying ants over at West Stow, 31 riders took part in the time trial. In 3rd place was Paul Jay from velovelocity.co.uk with a 23.52, 2nd was Ben Mickleburgh from velovelocity.co.uk with a 23.30 and winning the event with a new course record with a time of 21.41 was Jason Boutel from velovelocity.co.uk. The fastest WSW & Tri member was Alan Trolove in 4th with a 24.17.

25 riders took part on a wet thursday evening time trial on the Horringer 10mile course. In 3rd place was Joint with Julian Long and Richard Farrow with a 25.47, 2nd was Alan Trolove with a 25.16 and winning the event was Dale Sturman with a 24.37. Announcing a five week CYCLO CROSS training series aimed at beginners and experienced riders, youngsters and adults. The Eastern Cyclo Cross League is a really excellent series and enables riders of all ages and abilities to do some regular racing through the months of September to January. Events are held most weekends, and all in East Anglia. Improved bike skills are developed by riding in these events and they are held in a very friendly atmosphere.
